By a decision of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC), attorney Angelina Mileva and attorney Iva Nikolova, partners at the law firm, were elected arbitrators at the BSCC Arbitration and Mediation Center (AMC). AMC resolves civil and commercial property disputes, as well as disputes for filling gaps in the contract or its adaptation to newly arisen circumstances between parties, natural or legal persons, both domiciled, with habitual residence or registered office in the Republic of Bulgaria, and abroad, if the disputes have been assigned to it by an arbitration agreement or an international treaty.
