In June 2022, as legal consultant Dimitrov & Partners Law Firm successfully finalized the acquisition of Srednogortsi Hydroelectric Power Plant. The law firm handled the entire process which involved the preparation for the transaction, the acquisition and a wide range of follow-up activities. These entailed the financing of the operation by Eurobank Bulgaria AD, company legal form change, and the establishment of full ownership by the newly created company Rodopa Energy Ltd.
